Born and raised in Llandudno, Kate Galston’s performing career began playing the role of Annie at the Liverpool Empire theatre. Following this, she joined the National Youth Music Theatre (NYMT) where she played principal roles in many productions.
Pursuing her dream to make it her profession, Kate secured a place at the London School of Musical Theatre, going on to perform in many West End and television productions, including playing the role of Roxie Hart in the acclaimed musical Chicago.
As a vocalist, she has performed in all corners of the globe, not least in the shows Spirit of Broadway and Dancing Queen America. She regularly fronts swing bands and works with high-profile jazz ensembles.
